We are a NEW practice, grounded in the belief that inner beauty is amplified when it is projected outward in the way you feel about yourself.

We both work in community health and believe in what we do. However, we are excited to expand our practice to help clients in different ways and we look forward to supporting people with their health and wellness goals.

I am a nurse practitioner and received my master’s degree at Boston College in 2018. I love that we have the ability to help people differently from our regular practice. I believe that the world gets the best of us when we feel good about ourselves. My desire is to help you be your best self.
